What Will My Display Cost?
Slide to roughly how much roofline you want covered. Most homes fall between 100 and 200 feet.
Front elevation only is usually 80–120 ft. Wrapping the sides or adding a second story pushes it higher. Commercial buildings and HOA entrances are quoted per site — we measure for free.
This is a starting estimate based on our volume pricing — the per-foot rate drops as the project grows. Final pricing is confirmed after a free on-site assessment; roof pitch, access, and design choices all affect the real number.

How The Season Works
Book Early
Schedules fill fast from October on. Booking early locks your install window.
Design & Quote
We walk the property, agree on the look and colors, and put a firm price in writing.
Install
Custom-cut strands go up clean and level, with all cords managed and hidden.
Takedown & Store
In January we pull it all down and store it labeled for next season.
Thinking longer term? If you like the look but not the yearly cycle, permanent lighting does Christmas red and green, Halloween orange, and warm white the rest of the year — installed once, no takedown, no annual bill.

When should I book for this season?
As early as you can. We start scheduling well before Thanksgiving and the calendar fills from October onward. Booking early gets you the install window you actually want rather than whatever’s left.
Do you take the lights down too?
Yes — takedown is included in every package. We come back after the season, remove everything, and store it in labeled bins so next year’s rehang is quicker.
Do I supply the lights, or do you?
We do. We use commercial-grade LED strands custom-cut to your roofline, which last far longer and look far more even than big-box consumer strands.
What if a section goes out mid-season?
Call us and we’ll come fix it. Mid-season service is part of what you’re paying for — a display that stops working in mid-December isn’t a display.
Can you do more than the roofline?
Yes. Wreaths, garland, wrapped columns, trees, shrubs, and walkway lighting are all available. Larger whole-property designs fall under our Estate package.
Do you do commercial properties and HOAs?
We do. Commercial buildings, entrances, and HOA common areas are all welcome — those are quoted per property.
